You've tried so many things, but bad thoughts or habits keep coming back like a boomerang? Our experienced accredited social workers will show you a way out in as little as 6 sessions. We listen and help - not judge and order. And of course everything you tell us is confidential. It's free on a mental health plan (given to you by your doctor or psychiatrist). Need a bit more help to give your life an extra boost? A second referral from your doctor can get you additional 4 sessions.
